Scope
This page explains how to request a refund through Rehltak. Eligibility, amount, fees and return method depend on the service offer, supplier and payment-provider terms, and applicable law. If you bought through another seller, the refund request normally goes to the seller that took your payment, subject to your legal rights.
Before you submit
Review the booking state, cancellation rules and fare conditions, and check whether a refund request already exists. Taxes, service fees, air tickets, nights or consumed services may be non-refundable under the displayed terms. For eSIMs, installation, activation or data use can affect eligibility.
How to request
1. Sign in and open My Bookings or Payments. 2. Select the correct booking or payment; request cancellation first when required. 3. Submit the available refund request with a reason and any required documents through a secure channel. 4. Keep the request reference and follow its status in your account or with support.
Review and status
Receipt means the request was recorded for review; it does not mean approval or that funds moved. A request may be under review, processing, refunded or declined. We do not repeat a charge or refund merely because a connection timed out; the original transaction is checked first.
Amount and timing
If approved, the amount depends on the service terms, the amount actually paid, any penalty, used portion or non-refundable fee. Once the payment provider starts a return, posting time varies by payment method and bank. We cannot promise a fixed timeline before provider confirmation.

Email your booking reference and account email to sales@rehltak.com. Never send a full card number, security code or login credentials. Refunds marked TEST or SIMULATION do not move real funds.
This service information does not limit mandatory legal rights. The order-specific supplier terms apply, and local legal review is required before commercial activation.
