Platform role
Rehltak provides an interface to search for and request travel services from suppliers, and to seek assistance with selected services. Some functions may run in preview or Sandbox and do not create a real booking or payment.
Offer and contract information
Before purchase, review the supplier, amount, currency, taxes, fees, cancellation terms, duration and restrictions. Availability or price can change until the supplier confirms the request. The supplier's terms govern the product it provides, together with mandatory legal rules.
Account and acceptable use
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details and use the account lawfully. Do not abuse search or rate limits, attempt to access another account's data, or share another person's documents or activation codes.
Requests and confirmation
A search, quote or initial request does not guarantee a booking. Order details show the known state, such as processing, confirmed, issued, failed or cancelled. A ticket, voucher or eSIM is issued only when supported by the supplier record.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
A charge is made only through an approved and disclosed payment flow. Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed against supplier terms and payment state; submission does not mean funds moved. See the linked cancellation and refund pages.
Availability and changes
A function or supplier may be temporarily unavailable for technical or operational reasons. Test or Mock data is not represented as live prices or bookings. We will show the known state and available contact route.
Marks and content
Logos, marks and supplier names belong to their respective owners. Do not reproduce content or use the platform in a way that infringes others' rights.
Questions and updates
These terms may be updated as the service develops. Contact sales@rehltak.com with questions. The published version requires legal and jurisdictional review before commercial activation.
This service information does not limit mandatory legal rights. The order-specific supplier terms apply, and local legal review is required before commercial activation.
